Dear Valued Guests,
For your comfort and safety, we kindly ask that:
• Allergies: If you have any allergies, please inform our front desk staff upon arrival so we can ensure your experience is safe and enjoyable.
• Massage Products: If you prefer to use your own massage oils, lotions, or products during your service, you are welcome to bring them with you. Our therapists will be happy to incorporate them into your treatment.
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW-POLICY
(Binding Terms & Liability Waiver)
By scheduling an appointment, the client enters into a binding agreement and acknowledges the following legally enforceable terms:
1. Mandatory Cancellation Procedure
All appointment cancellations must be submitted exclusively via text message to the this number.

Cancellations attempted by phone call, voicemail, email, social media, or any method other than text message are invalid and will not be recognized.
2. 24‑Hour Cancellation Window
Cancellations submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will not incur any fee.
Cancellations submitted within 24 hours of the appointment time are treated as same‑day cancellations and are subject to the full No‑Show fee.
3. No‑Show & Same‑Day Cancellation Fee
Any same‑day cancellation (within 24 hours) or failure to appear for a scheduled appointment constitutes a “No‑Show.”
A No‑Show automatically triggers a full scheduled service fee, assessed to the payment method on file.
This fee is final, non‑refundable, and not subject to dispute, exception, or adjustment.
4. Client Responsibility & Liability Release
The client is solely responsible for ensuring that their cancellation is properly submitted via text message and successfully delivered.
The business assumes no liability for:
• Undelivered messages
• Technical issues on the client’s device or carrier
• Miscommunication arising from attempts to cancel through unapproved channels
Failure to comply with the required cancellation method results in the appointment being classified as a No‑Show, with the 100% fee charged in full.
5. Authorization & Consent to Charge
By booking an appointment, the client grants Pearl Spa and Sauna full authorization to charge the payment method on file for any No‑Show or same‑day cancellation fee.
This authorization remains in effect for all future appointments unless revoked in writing and confirmed by the Pearl Spa and Sauna.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling, the client affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
These policies are strictly enforced and legally binding.
