For your comfort and safety, we kindly ask that:
• Allergies: If you have any allergies, please inform our front desk staff upon arrival so we can ensure your experience is safe and enjoyable.
• Massage Products: If you prefer to use your own massage oils, lotions, or products during your service, you are welcome to bring them with you. Our therapists will be happy to incorporate them into your treatment.
APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment at Pearl Spa, please do so at least 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment. (To secure your online booking, a credit card is necessary. Charges will only apply for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours of the scheduled time.
The no-show, late cancellation fee is 30% of your service fee)
