What to expect at the spa...
We will provide you with everything you need to enjoy the spa experience - spa shoes, a robe, towels, and skin and hair care for after your treatment. All booked services include two-hours' total access to the amenities on either side - we recommend arriving around 60 minutes prior to your scheduled services, as amenities access is best before your appointment to maximize the benefits of your services.
It is best to reserve and manage your appointment online.
Group bookings for identical services for up to 5 people are now available via our Booker.com site! Larger groups or groups with different services for each individual will require individual appointments.
If you have any questions, or to make a booking outside of the website's abilities, please call us at 415-580-7142.
Our phone lines are often busy, so if you are unable to get through, please try calling again in a few minutes. Please note, we do not keep cancellation lists, so we will be unable to let you know if availability changes at any given time. You can follow us on Instagram or Facebook @PearlSpaSF, where we sometimes post last minute openings to our stories.

Please give us at least 24-48 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. If you are unable to do so via your booking confirmation email or our website, please text or call us on our cancellation number at 408-314-3181.
A credit card is required to guarantee your appointment when booking online. Your card is not charged (a reservation deposit is only held for group bookings) unless you do not show up for your appointment and do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
All gift card sales and reservation deposits are final and not refundable. Gift cards bought online will be emailed within 2 business days.
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment if you are feeling ill or have experienced any of the following symptoms in the last 48 hours: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, high fever, chills, or cough. If you do not feel well, please stay home and rest and get well soon! Thank you for your cooperation.

Our classic offering, this full-body scrub is inspired by the traditional jjimjilbang's in South Korea and is designed to remove rolls of dead, grey skin, revealing the fresh pink glowing skin beneath. Come yourself and leave your best self!
Be sure to arrive at least 30 minutes in advance to soak in our hot tub or melt in our eucalyptus steam room. Book an exfoliating body scrub once a week for optimal skin vibrancy and improved blood and lymph circulation.

Body Scrub + Oil Body Massage + Hair Wash + Face Mask
This service includes our exfoliating full-body scrub, followed by an oil massage, facial service, and our scalp treatment. For the scalp treatment, we wash your hair with shampoo and conditioner and lightly scrub your scalp to encourage hair health and growth. We close this luxurious service with a body-milk rinse

Our wide selection of massages ranges from light, relaxing services, to firm, slow pressure. You can read more about each kind of massage on our online menu, or you can ask the receptionists for more information about each type of massage upon your arrival and check-in at the spa.
We recommend softening your muscles in our amenities for at least 45 minutes prior to your scheduled massage, to ensure you receive the maximum benefits of these therapies.

What was I waiting for!!!! Total anxiety prior to arrival as I have never had a Korean style massage; however, immediately upon entry, my sister and I were greeted by the sweetest staff. Pure relaxation at its best. Very professional... although you're butt naked, I forgot about it almost instantly. Let me tell you, if you've never had a scrub and milk/honey treatment, you need to get it! Literally came out with baby soft skin. Day-to-day stress was scrubbed off. Amazing experience. Will def recommend and return.

I love love love this place! I've been here two times and each time I feel pampered and left in a happier and relaxed state. The amenities are very clean and modern and all the details are well thought out. They have Dyson hair dryers and a UV sanitizer for hair brushes in the powder room. I've booked the scrub and oil massage and the pure bliss so far and have enjoyed both times...

Omg! Never had a "Korean" spa experience before. Scrub was wonderful, massage was wonderful, and most of all the staff are great! I used clay, Himalayan salt rooms, sauna, shower and had the most expensive treatment there but it was all worth it. If you don't like getting naked in front of strangers, this is not for you. But for all others, it's amazing! My skin feels amazing as well!

A no-show there will be a 30% fee charged for the service you booked. (Example: If the service you booked was $90.00, the no show fee will be 30% of $90.00 which is $27.00).
